After leaving their employment, he moved to San Diego, California, where he represented non-profit, municipal, and corporate commercial tenants in the lease and purchase negotiations for the next thirty years. He also established brand new legislation called SB 1171 or Dual Agency Disclosure Bill, which Governor Brown signed into law.
